My kids loved the parades. We saw every parade that they had on the days that we were there. We even saw one twice, and they wanted to stay to see it. Growing up in Utah, we got to see parades all the time, but they don't have many out here, so it was extra fun for them to see.

parades are MY favorite! When I was little our family was in one for the state fair. My mom has a 54 jeep so we covered that in mud and then my brothers wore army gear and tied ropes to it and pulled it. They were covered in mud too. Then me and my sisters were dressed as mosquitoes and we went buzzing around it. I'm not sure exactly why we chose to do that but it was cool to me!

Amy, that looks like so much fun! We are trying to plan a trip to Disneyland in April. So, do you think it was worth it? Your kids look like the were in kiddie heaven. I also love your new family photo. I can't believe how much your kids are growing and Walker is a TOTAL doll! I so wish that we lived closer. I totally miss you!!!!!!!! You look really great as well in your photos. Maybe you could give me some pointers, I just look like a haggard breastfeeding mom. :)

Arielle, I can totally picture you running around buzzing like a mosquito. That is too funny.

Trace,I totally think it was worth it. If you are going to Disney Land, they have city passes at Costco that are cheaper. Thats what we did when we went down there. You DO NOT look like a haggard mom, you are beautiful! Plus if you didn't notice, the only pictures I put up of myself, I have my kids in front of me to hide what I look like. I can't get rid of my spare tire. It is a good thing that kids are worth it, because our poor bodies sure take a toll.
